Refund Policy

Any items purchased from our merchandise/accessories are non refundable once delivered. Please be sure you selected correct items and reviewed purchases at checkout. Please email us quickly after notice of incorrect purchase. Once items have been submitted and purchase order has been shipped we will not refund/exchange any items. 

• Manufacturer Tank Warranty: Upon modifying your stock tank or stock tank pool, ie: drilling, painting, or epoxy painting your tank, all manufacturer warranty is voided.

• Stock Tank Corrosion and/or Rust: We are not responsible for corrosion or rust NOTE this is a natural process. We always recommend adding an epoxy paint liner to your tank to extend the life of your tank by an additional 5-10 years. 

• Seabreeze Stock Tank Warranty: We honor a 2 week (14 day) leak warranty. Customers must notify us within 14 days of any leaks that occur. If a leak cannot be repaired, a new tank will be provided.  

• Stock Tank Use: Seabreeze Stock Tank Pools purchases water troughs and/or stock tanks specifically manufactured for livestock with the sole aim converting them to pools. 

• Intex Filter Warranty: One-two year warranty is provided through Intex. Please contact CC@seabreezestocktankpools.com and provide a detailed description of your filter malfunction.

• Filter Parts Warranty: We will honor a 6 month warranty on all filter parts. Please contact CC@seabreezestocktankpools.com and provide a detailed description of parts malfunction. We will not warrant or replace any filter parts after they have been disconnected by a customer.

• Paint Warranty: We will not warrant any normal wear or tear of your paint. We will however do our float’n best to do a great paint job because here at Seabreeze we care!

• Stock Tank Imperfections: We are not responsible for Exterior or Interior dents, scuffs, and/or grease residue on stock tanks.
